Campbell has been skiing since he was knee high to a grasshopper at Cardrona Alpine Resort spending every winter weekend (and most weekdays) skiing as much as he could. Once he finished school and realized that skiing was life he convinced his parents that uni could wait and signed up to an instructor training course at Cardrona in 2009.
Since then Campbell went on to do back to back winters ever since in the USA, China, Japan but always returning home to NZ and Cardrona claiming there is nothing better then spring skiing in New Zealand.
Over the years he has gained his NZSIA trainers certification and is an active examiner for Alpine and Freestyle courses. As well as being selected for the NZSIA technical team training towards Insterski Finland in 2023.
Campbell’s passion for skiing and teaching skiing is strong, he currently works for Cardrona running instructor training courses in NZ and China. He also works as a trainer and guide in Japan.
