‘Thomo’ hails from the Central Coast, NSW where he spent most of his days in the water surfing at his local break Wamberal. This is where he found his love for standing sideways. Transferring his sideways skills onto snow, Thomo started his endless winter in 2003 and since has travelled between Canada, US, Japan, Europe, Aus and NZ.
Teaching since 2005 and examining since 2009, Thomo took his skills from SBINZ to the world stage and became the slopestyle coach for Snow Sports New Zealand, working with none other than NZ’s first Olympic Gold Medalist Zoi Sadaowski-Synott.
When he’s not not working, this tall creature enjoys lapping through the park loading up his bag of tricks and riding with his son.
