Kat is the kind of instructor that everyone wants on their team. She is exceptional in her role as an instructor for all ages & levels and inspirational as a team member, encouraging & supporting those around her. Kat champions our adaptive snowsport school & community volunteer team. She leads our adaptive instructor team organising their lessons and training and always being available for support. She coordinates our community volunteers enabling our guests to access skiing, riding & lessons when it may not have been available to them. Its more than just a job for Kat, she has created a snowsports family with a sense of belonging and purpose. As a person Kat is compassionate, kind & humble qualities that she brings to work every day. We feel lucky to have her in our snowsports community.
