We are a small team of experienced instructors and guides teaching and guiding all levels of skiing and snowboarding in different resorts in and around Madarao Mountain Resort. We aim to make sure our customers have the best snow experience possible, whether it is their very first time seeing snow, or they are seasoned powder riders. We value experience, great customer service, a sense of playfulness, and the ability to connect with the people you meet. We work wherever our customer needs us and head out to work if we have bookings. If not we are free to explore, ski, board, train, or relax. We believe that learning goes best when you get direct and personalized feedback. This is why we only teach private lessons to a maximum of 6 per private group.
If you like to work with us you need to apply for a Working Holiday Visa, if this is not possible we can arrange a Skilled Worker Visa for you.
Are you dual certified and at least level 2 within your main discipline, eligible to drive in Japan, and willing to take care of our customers from the moment of booking?
