Hello everyone~ We are Kona Yuki Tendo – Rusutsu Resorts official mandarin ski school
Currently recruiting ski instructors for this coming snow season (2024-2025)

Rusutsu Resort has won the award for Japan’s Best Ski Resort for three consecutive years!
Rusutsu is instructors’ best choice when it comes to free skiing and conducting lessons because its uncrowded.
★Official benefits:
Kona Yuki Tendo is the only official Chinese ski school in Rusutsu Resort. We are highly demanded in ski or snowboard lessons
The only Chinese ski school that can utilize priority lane to get on the lift (need not to queue with other skiers) for lessons.
The only Chinese ski school that can utilize the magic carpet area to conduct beginners’ lesson.
Affordable employee meals, avoid wasting time on grocery shopping and cooking, while you can enjoy three nutritious meals within the ski resort.

Instructors who had worked for two consecutive ski seasons will be provided with a ski instructor certification level up subsidy (maximum 100,000 yen)
★Registration conditions
1. Currently holding an international ski instructor certificate.
2. If you only have a snowboard instructor certificate, you’ll have to apply for a working holiday visa by yourself.
★You’re are prioritized
Have a Japanese driver’s license or international driver’s license
Have both ski and snowboard instructor certification
★Salary
Hourly wage: Between 2,000 to 4,000 yen, depending on your level of certification
Monthly income is approximately 200,000 to 500,000 yen
